your PAYBACK Password will be replaced by PAYBACK PIN. |
1. What is PIN?
PIN is a 4 digit numeric value which needs to be typed in to access your PAYBACK account. |
2. How do I know what my PIN is?
For all the existing PAYBACK account holders, PIN will be set to your Date of Birth (DDMM - Date & Month) as shown in the example below. You will have to change your default PIN/DDMM to a new PIN on your first login at www.payback.in. In case of any difficulty in determining your registered DDMM, please contact PAYBACK @ 1860-258-5000 for assistance.

Registered DOB with PAYBACK - 6th May 1985
Default PIN - 0605 |
3. I am not registered; can I still get a PIN?
The default PIN for My Trip Rewards members may need to login at www.payback.in to generate their PIN.
Other PAYBACK members have to register your PAYBACK card number to access your PAYBACK account. During the registration process, you will be asked to define your PIN to access your account. |
4. Why is PAYBACK moving from PASSWORD to PIN?
a. PAYBACK has moved from PASSWORD to PIN to adopt the internationally accepted method which
can
be standardized across the PAYBACK channels - PAYBACK website, Mobile (Launching Soon).
b. PIN ensures your PAYBACK account is more secure and easy to use.
c. PIN has further simplified the way you can access and use the PAYBACK website. |
5. I have forgotten my PIN, how can I get a new PIN?
A. You can go to the PAYBACK portal login page and click on Forgot my PIN link.
B. You can call our Call Center and request for a PIN reset. |

Disclose your PIN to any person either intentionally or otherwise. |
Ensure you register and change your default/DDMM PIN to the desired PIN at the earliest, to avoid any fraudulent activity. |
Write down your PIN anywhere or save it on your PCs, laptops or any other communication devices. |

Choose a predictable combination as PIN as it will be prone to misuse. |

Share your PAYBACK/i-mint card number with others, as it is your personal and confidential information. |
