Domestic Flight Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer is valid for bookings made on both desktop & APP.
  • The offer is valid from 3rd Feb 00.00 hrs to 6th Feb 23:59 hours, 2016.
  • The customer shall be entitled to 25% cashback, upto max of 1200, to MMT wallet.
  • Discount of 25% would be applicable only on the flight fare, any other service bought along with flight shall not be used for the calculation of discounted amount.
  • The Customer needs to enter the correct Deal Code, HTLFLT at the time of booking to be eligible for the cashback offer.
  • The offer is valid on both Desktop and Makemytrip App.
  • Cashback will be processed to MMT My Wallet.
  • Cashback to MakeMyTrip wallet will be credited within 21 working days from the date of booking.
  • The cashback offer can be availed by the Customer for a maximum of 1 booking made on MakeMyTrip Website or APP during the offer period.
  • Any unused amount in the wallet will automatically expire after 90 days from the date of credit.
  • Offer is not valid on payments made through My Wallet, COD, PayPal account and EMI.
  • Standard ticket conditions on refunds and baggage rules apply.
  • MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
  • If the Customer doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3month from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
  • The Customer cannot club two offers in the same booking ID.
  • The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MakeMyTrip, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MakeMyTrip.
  • If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the wallet and \cancellation charges shall apply. In the event the cashback amount credited to the wallet has already been utilized by the customer, the said cashback amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the applicable cancellation charges.
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply.
  • Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • In no event, the entire liability of MakeMyTrip for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount; a Customer is entitled to under the said offer.
  • In case of partial cancellation, complete cashback amount would be recalled and the customer would not be entitled for cashback.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MakeMyTrip’s reasonable control.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only.

Domestic Hotel Terms and Conditions:

  • The offer is valid from 3rd Feb 00.00 hrs to 6th Feb 23:59 hours, 2016.
  • This offer is valid for hotel bookings made on makemytrip.com, m.makemytrip.com and makemytrip mobile APP.
  • For Domestic hotels, the Instant Discount is 70% upto maximum of Rs. 2,600 & Cashback of 20% upto maximum of Rs.1,400 will be credited to the MakeMyTrip wallet. Overall Max. Discount will be Rs. 4000.
  • To avail the offer, customer must enter the E-Coupon HTLFLT in the E-Coupon field.
  • This offer is valid for hotel check outs till 30th April 2016.
  • Offer is valid as per the criteria mentioned in the tables above.
  • The Cash Back amount will be credited to your MyWallet (MakeMyTrip MyWallet account) within 21 days of the transaction.

  • Only 1 transaction per email id/ mobile number will be eligible for the cashback.
  • If the customer doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
  • This offer is not valid on bookings where payment is made directly at the hotel.
  • While making the booking, if the customer enters the incorrect E-coupon code then the customer shall not be eligible for the offer.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
  • Offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and EMI Options.
  • In addition user terms at www.makemytrip.com shall apply.
  • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
  • In no event shall MakeMyTrip be liable for any abuse or misuse of the e-coupon due to negligence of the customer.
  • If the booking is cancelled, the amount refunded will be less the discount amount and applicable cancellation charges.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
  • In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of applicable discount under this offer.
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the offer anytime without any liability.
  • In the event of any dispute courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
