Terms and Conditions:-

1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. The customers will be eligible for the Shoppers Stop voucher offer only after issuance of the HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Card and subject to making the first year annual fee payment in full.
2. The issuance of the HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Card is at the sole discretion of HSBC.
3. The offer is valid on HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Card applications made on or before 30 June 2012.
4. Under this offer, the customers who are issued the Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder") will be eligible for the Shoppers Stop voucher as below -
   • HSBC MakeMyTrip Platinum Credit Cardholders will get Shoppers Stop voucher worth 1000
   • HSBC MakeMyTrip Signature Credit Cardholders will get Shoppers Stop voucher worth 2000
5. The vouchers will be sent to the registered address of the customer within 30 days of the annual fee payment of the HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Card getting realised.
6. Before using the card the Cardholder should read the letter received along with the Credit Card and the relevant Terms and Conditions enclosed.
7. This offer can not be combined with any other existing or fresh offer.
8. HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the merchandise/service offered as reward under this offer.
9. HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
10. HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any point in time without prior notice to the Cardholders. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
11. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
12. The offer is subject to force majeure events.
13. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.
14. HSBC reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any point in time without prior intimation to Cardholders.
15. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or as a result of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
16. By participating in this offer, the Cardholders accept all the above mentioned Terms and Conditions in totality.
